By texting this number you agree to receive text messages back about your report. Texting us is how you opt in. We never add a number any other way, and we never message a number that has not texted us first.
We reply to confirm the report was logged and to say which trail it was filed against. If we cannot work out the trail, we ask which one it is. That is the whole of it: no marketing, no newsletters, no automated campaigns.
Message frequency depends on how often you report something, and is typically one or two replies per report you send.
